Added level 2!!! This includes a new enemy type who isn't as smart as the ghosts unfortunately, but thes learning and will be much more formidable in coming patches.

Added difficulty system and collectibles! The collectibles are connected to the difficulty so you cant just collect everything in easy mode.

Added a main menu!
